Punctuality: Medical Knowledge: The Secretary: Understanding, Caring, Helpfulness: Post Appointment Action: Comment: Dr. J moved her practice to Surrey where she has taken on way to many new clients because both visits I have waited 45min to see her ( with a 2 year old is a really tuff thing to do). With that being said I'm 5 months pregnant and she has yet to check for my baby's heart beat, weigh me, check my urine for sugar/protein, measure my growth and couldn't find my triple screen results.....totally shocking and unacceptable!!!! The last visit she actually asked me why I was in to see her, like my growing stomach wasn't a hint. Thankfully I'm swapping doctors for my 20th week and because of the poor and unprofessional service I received I will be switching back to a Richmond doctor who takes their practice and patients more seriously. My finally words are this....just because they are nice doesn't make them a good fit for you.
