You honestly have to wonder why the man got into the medical profession. He never bothered to make contact when test results came back positive, several months and an attack later found out through a sudden involuntary trip to the hospital. He has also snickered and after inquiring half-heartedly "how are you?" proceeded to pull out his Blackberry(?)and start playing with it. I think if your going to be a doctor the least you could do is show an interest in the work or a least fake it.
