Punctuality: Medical Knowledge: The Secretary: Understanding, Caring, Helpfulness: Post Appointment Action: Comment: I have been trying to get through to his office for days and all I get is a ringing phone which then takes me to an answering machine telling me that it is full. Since Gayle has left, this office has gone to hell in a hand bag, his wife who is now his "secretary" is rude and obviously does not do her work properly as she has not checked the messagage or even bothered to pick up the phone. When you do get into see him, she makes an appointment for 11:00 am and you sit in the waiting room for 2 hours because his schedule is over booked. but what can you do? it's not like there are any other Dr's that you can just go see, so I will sit here and wait until I can get in too see him.
